MEET STEADY SPENCER
EVERY SQUAD MEMBER
HAS A STORY.
Steady Spencer has always been able to hear what a machine is trying to say. A faint rattle, an uneven vibration, or a change in handling tells him when something needs attention, usually before anyone else notices. That instinct was tested during a later six-member Tactical Squad mobility drill.
When a vibration interrupted the final check, Spencer stopped the start safely, then tried to solve the problem himself. Gameplan Gronk helped him recognize that the drill needed more than a skilled mechanic. It needed someone who could organize the crew and keep the whole operation moving.
Spencer divided the work around his teammates' strengths, found and corrected an uneven equipment carrier, briefed the crew, and returned the fleet to the course. Today, Steady Spencer brings that lesson to Racing Operations. His guiding principle is simple: 'Slow is smooth.
Smooth is fast.' Learn the controls before chasing the clock. Find a clean line before demanding more speed. Prepare the crew before launching the fleet.
Spencer loves competition, but improvement matters more to him than a trophy. Whether a recruit sets a record or simply finishes with greater confidence, Spencer is ready at the line to recognize a job well done.
